Situated 20kms away from the heart of Pune city, Alandi is an area with great potential for investments. What was earlier known as only a religious town is gradually gaining fame for infrastructural and economic developments.

To begin with, connectivity. A number of major roads and highways such as the Nasik Phata Flyover, Ring Road and Mumbai – Pune Highway are being built or expanded. The 15-kilometre long Dehu- Road connecting the pilgrimage centers of Alandi and Dehu is being widened. These roads connect Alandi to main city areas such as Hinjewadi, Aundh and Vishrantwadi. They also make the airport and railway station more accessible. Access to these mass transit systems and commercial hubs make Alandi a desirable residential area.
Within the town itself, the PCMC is creating a BRT (Bus Rapid Transport) System with dedicated service lanes. The remaining part of the road will have planned cycle tracks and pavements. Our project, Sai Tirupati Greens is located right in front of this 200ft BRT road.
Education: Recently, there has been a growth spurt in the number of educational institutions in the town. Reputed schools and colleges such as Red Cliff International School, DY Patil School, Sharad Pawar International School & the MIT Academy of Engineering have opened. These don’t just make Alandi a coveted residential area, they also add to the growing economy. With students in the vicinity, a number of hostels, restaurants and shops have also sprung up.
Offices: Alandi now has a few big IT parks and industrial areas. This accessibility makes it a preferred residential area for working professionals. Some of these offices include Tata Communications (VSNL), Commerzone and Talwade. The key industrial areas around are MIDC-Bhosari, PCMC and Markal.
Serenity: Despite so much development, Alandi is still a calm, peaceful area. Unlike other parts of the city, where development has reached a saturation point, Alandi has just begun growing. It is the perfect blend of rural and urban life. The Bhima, Bhama and Indrayani Triveni Sangams make the area beautiful.
